- Conditions faced in order to achieve these ideals,
- How high are the ideals to be achieved.

My dream is that I can become a psychologist. Therefore I would love to be the successful person I dreamed of with the business venture I have pursued from now and later. Everyone must want success from themselves and for their family. Every human being has different expectations. Humans without hope means that humans die in life.
Hope comes from the word hope which means the desire for something to happen, so that hope means something desired can happen. Thus hope concerns the future.
Expectations depend on the knowledge, experience, environment, and abilities of each. Hope must be based on trust, both self-confidence, and trust in God Almighty. In order for hope to be realized, it is necessary to work seriously. Humans must always pray. Because work and prayers are what causes our hopes to happen.
In essence that hope is the desire to fulfill their needs.
According to Abraham Maslow according to the nature of human expectations or human needs are:
1. a) survival
2. b) safety (safety)
3. c) rights and obligations to love and be loved (beloving and love)

If so, choose one ideal that you think you like the most and benefits. Confidence in these ideals will ensure that you do the right things to achieve rather than do things that are not necessarily related to achieving your goals.

In order to achieve goals, deeper knowledge is needed. So, study through the internet, books, or ask for help from people you think are trustworthy and knowledgeable in your area of interest. Take advantage of all the opportunities and facilities that exist to continue to gain knowledge.
3. Never give up
It is clear that the path to ideals will not be as smooth as imagined. Sometimes, even though you have really mastered the knowledge needed, there are still obstacles such as work environment, people who do not support, lack of self motivation, and so forth. The obstacles will always be there, but you can learn from those obstacles! Every time you encounter obstacles, try to overcome them. Once you are able to get past the various obstacles, you will learn more and more, gain more experience, and of course it is only a matter of time before you reach your goals.
4. Always try
Not easily satisfied with what is obtained, before the goal is achieved, will not give up to always try. Like you are picking the moon in the sky, even though it is difficult but slowly you may be able to pick it if indeed God wants it.
5. Not easily discouraged
